Kids will have a chance to participate in Trunk or Treat this Friday before diving in the pool at the Laramie Recreation Center for the 7th Annual Pumpkin Dunkin’. The Laramie Recreation Center has partnered with Kappa Delta Pi and the Student Wyoming Education Association for the new event.
